  • Copy Redirect Url from odoo and paste it in the highlighted area.

  • Copy your client secret from xero app.

  • Paste your client id in the highlighted area and click on Save Button.

  • Click on the Build Connection.

  • Make sure organization is created, If not created first create the organization.

  • Select the organization you want to continue and click on Save Button.

  • After the successful configuration you will see this page.

  • Select the tenant you want to sync data with and click on “configure tenant data” button.

  • To configure your Xero taxes with Odoo go to ACCOUNTING->Configuration->Taxes.

  • Map the Xero tax with Odoo Tax.

  • To configure your Xero Charts Of Accounts with Odoo go to ACCOUNTING->Configuration->Chart Of Accounts.

  • Map your Xero Chart Of Account againt Odoo Chart of Accounts.

  • To configure Xero Instant sync of data go to your xero app and select Webhook option.

  • Paste Your redirect url in the highlighted area.

  • Click on send intent to receive To configure webhook with Odoo.

  • After successful configuration the state of intent to receive will be updated to ‘OK’.

  • Select the options you want to sync data and click on save button.And to start sync click on “START SYNC” button.

  • If you want to instant sync your data turn on webhook option.

  • If you want to export Sale Order select the sale order and click Action->Export to Xero.

  • If you want to export Purchase Order select the purchase order and click Action->Export to Xero.

  • If you want to export Invoice select the invoice and click Action->Export to Xero.

  • If you want to export Credit Note select the credit note and click Action->Export to Xero.

  • If you want to export Credit Note select the credit note and click Action->Export to Xero.

  • Post the payments by clicking Action->Post Entries.

  • Post the Credit Note by clicking Action->Post Entries.

  • Post the Invoice by clicking Action->Post Entries.After posting the entries click Action->Reconcile

  • Reconcile the payment by clicking Action->Reconcile to complete the payment Process.

Is Instant sync is provided other than contacts,bills and invoices

Xero only provide this functionality for contacts and invoices,you can select between these two endpoints in your xero app.
