Adobe Sign Apps and Keys Configuration

  • Go to the link https://secure.in1.adobesign.com/public/login#pageId::ACCOUNT_SETTINGS
  • Now go to the Account section in the navigation bar

  • Now go to Acrobat Sign API then go to APi Applications.

  • Now Click on Configure OAuth for Application.

  • Enter the redirect URL and then enable the related scopes according to your requirements.

  • Click on the app name then you’ll see a menu open and by there you can copy the client secret key for building connection.

Enter AdobeSign Credentials in Odoo

  • After installing the module, go to the Settings –> Users –> Your User .
  • Enter Your AdobeSign account Name.
  • Copy client id, client secret, domain, app name from AdobeSign developers app and paste it in Odoo.
  • Also enter redirect URL.
  • Click on test connection first before generating access token.

Send pdf files for eSignature

  • After getting access token, go to Contacts and click the button Get Signatures.

  • These functionalities are integrated in Contacts,Purchase Order,Invoices and Sale modules.
  • Attach a pdf document by clicking on Attachments (Only Pdf). Ensure that the uploaded document is a pdf document and press the button Send Documents for Signatures.

  • After sending the Document to the recipient now click on the Download Signed Documents button to download the signed document. The same set of steps will be performed for Sales, Purchase Order and Invoicing
