By using this product you can easily achieve mail merge functionality by following few easy steps. All the work you have to do is following:
• Set a Template for mail merge documents and set the fields you want to add into mail merge documents
• For sending to single record, go to that record and you will have a button for mail merge.
• For sending to multiple records, go to a list of records and you will have a button for mail merge.
• Also you will have an option on settings phase to attach these mail merge docs to emails or only to print them.
• This allows PDF and HTML formats.
